Where To Eat

DAKOTA’S RESTAURANT - Dakota’s offers the best in down home southern cookin’ at an affordable price in a relaxed, rustic atmosphere. When dining here, you must try Dakota's special hand-cut, Certified Black Angus sirloin steak, served with a fresh baked roll, signature sides and all-you-can eat salad bar! Then, dare to indulge in the Dakota Meltdown - a homemade hot fudge brownie layered under a heaping double scoop of vanilla ice cream, drizzled in peanut butter and chocolate sauce and topped with whipped cream and a cherry!

BURRITO GRILL - This rockin' burrito joint is best known for their urban twist on Tex Mex faves like tacos and quesadillas in addition to their monstrous burritos, averaging about one pound in size! Best of all, the Burrito Grill offers an open kitchen concept with a create-your-own ordering process, allowing you to build YOUR BIG BURRITO - YOUR BIG BURRITO WAY!

Whether it’s shopping, dining or basking in the beauty of the outdoors, Blanchard’s sweet-southern authenticity offers a treat for travelers of all tastes! History

Established in 1907, Blanchard originated as an old railroad town catering to the rural community of the Chickasaw Indian Territory and to what later became the State of Oklahoma. Today, Blanchard is a spirited, southern community burgeoning with chic shops, cross-cultural flavors, historic zeal and beautiful outdoor surroundings. The town is conveniently located less than thirty minutes from Oklahoma City on U.S. Highway 62 and in close proximity to major roadways like I-35, I-40 and I-44. Blanchard is also part of the rapidly developing Tri-City area, along with Newcastle and Tuttle. Boasting the best of both worlds, Blanchard offers the perks and charms of a small-town community, while at the same time providing access to a bustling metropolitan scene - not too far outside of city limits.
