Historically, Falconhead holds a distinctive place in golf lore. The original course—then known as Turner's Lodge—was constructed in 1958 and later redesigned by renowned architect Robert Trent Jones Sr. in 1970. It hosted PGA and LPGA tour events in the 1950s and 1960s and ranks among the few courses in Oklahoma where the professionals of that era competed.
Whether you are teeing off on a legendary fairway, enjoying a quiet evening in the lounge or staying overnight in one of the cozy rooms, Falconhead offers a blend of heritage, tranquility and elevated resort amenities—making it a unique destination for golfers, couples, families and retreat-seekers alike.
