Get ready for a spooky time with a costume contest for ages 0-5, 6-10, 11-18, and adults. Don't forget about the pets! There will be a pet costume contest being held too. Everyone is welcome to pass out candy to the trick or treaters and enjoy refreshments, games and music in downtown Blanchard. You will not want to miss this!
