Waddell Vineyards
This family owned and operated vineyard in Ada, Oklahoma began as a hobby in 2007 and has since turned into a thriving business with more than 4,000 vines surrounding the property. Award-winning wines, such as the Chambourcin, can be sampled inside the tasting room overlooking six acres of lush grape fields and 20 different varieties of grapevines. Waddell Vineyards requires group reservations and encourages visitors to explore the grounds including the winery, chapel, tasting room and rustic event barn.
Opened in 2013, Winemaker Bob Waddell and his wife, Debbie, craft and bottle their own award-winning wines. Waddell Vineyards offers a quaint and cozy Tasting Room for visitors to sit back, relax and sip on a variety of their delicious wines. Some of their most popular flavors include the Cabernet Sauvignon, a Robust red wine aged in Hungarian Oak and the Riesling, a Traditional German variety dry in style and exhibiting classic Riesling minerality. During tasting sessions, guests can choose to pair their wine with an assortment of chocolates and cheeses. They can also purchase custom-made baskets to take home with them featuring wine-inspired gift items such as keepsake wine glasses, coasters, wine bottles, bath products and other unique products. Featuring 1,000 square foot of space, guests can host their next meeting, shower, reunion or other special event in the Waddell Tasting Room. Additionally, the vineyard provides two beautiful deck areas that make the perfect setting for a romantic wedding ceremony or reception.
Waddell Vineyards also offers a rotating schedule of lively entertainment for guests to enjoy in addition to Sip N Swirl painting parties.
