This annual event observes the changing of the seasons and planting of essential crops like beans, corn and squash. In combination, these crops are known as the “Three Sisters” and provide long-term soil fertility and healthy crops of food. See this planting method in gardens around campus.
Activities include gardening demonstrations, food samples, cultural demonstrations, archery, stickball, traditional arts, storytelling, stomp dance demonstrations and more.
Visitors can also learn about our connection to nature with horticultural tours and a stroll through the butterfly gardens.
Watch films in the Anoli' Theater, explore the Chikasha Poya Exhibit Center and shop our campus gift shops.
