This renowned group has racked up four Billboard number-one singles, fourteen R&B number-one singles, three Grammy Awards, and a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award in 2013. With such resounding acclaim, there’s no denying the influence this group has had on almost all genres of modern music.

As far as vocal quartets go, few are as distinguished or decorated as Detroit’s The Four Tops. Formed in 1953, The Four Tops helped define the Motown genre with a repertoire of hits including “Something About You,” “Shake Me, Wake Me (When It’s Over)” and “It’s All In The Game.” The group was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1990 and is among Rolling Stone’s 100 Greatest Artists of All Time.
