Chickasha's 8th Annual Wings & Wheels
Event Information
Municipal Airport. The event will feature jaw-dropping aerobatic performances, a taxiway filled with show cars from every era, free Young Eagles airplane rides for children, food trucks, and vendor booths. Gates will open at 8 a.m. Parking and admission are free.
“Wings & Wheels has become one of Chickasha’s favorite summer traditions, bringing families, aviation enthusiasts and car lovers together for a day of free, family-friendly fun,” said Mayor Zachary Grayson. “We’re excited to welcome visitors from across Oklahoma for another unforgettable event.”

The airshow will feature performances from Erik Edgren, Stephen Covington, Curt and Paul Richmond, Michael T. “Spanky” Gallaway, Galen Killam, the Cimarron Strip Wing of the Commemorative Air Force, Jeff Cain, and Aaron Taylor. Wings & Wheels will be
announced by Allen Mitchell, known as the Voice of the Flying Circus, with Scott McMillan of Mile High Air Boss providing air boss services.
Children ages 8 to 17 can take a free airplane ride, courtesy of EAA volunteers. Registration begins at 8 a.m., and space is limited. Since the first Wings & Wheels event, more than 500 children have experienced the thrill of flight through the Young Eagles program.
Marshall Auto Supply NAPA is once again sponsoring the NAPA Car Show. First and second place awards will be given for decade categories from 1950s & earlier to late model, motorcycles, and sprint cars, with overall awards given for Best Paint, Pilot’s Choice, People’s Choice, and Best in Show.
Registration for the NAPA Car Show will be open from 8 a.m. to noon. The awards presentation will be at the conclusion of the aerobatic performances. NAPA Car Show pre-registration is also available online now at chickasha.gov/wheels. There is no cost to register.
A variety of food trucks will serve breakfast, snacks and lunch, and vendor booths will open at 8 a.m. Attendees are encouraged to arrive early and to bring sunscreen, sunglasses, and a lawn chair or blanket to sit on. Free bottled water will be available.
Weapons, coolers, alcohol, animals and unauthorized motor vehicles, including ATVs, scooters and skateboards, are not allowed on airport property. Medical devices, including motorized wheelchairs, are permitted. Shuttles will be available from the parking lot to the entrance, and we have handicap accessible parking reserved near the entrance.
