Elmore City, OK
If there's one place perfect to cut loose and kick off your Sunday shoes, it's Elmore City.
The town's history inspired the 1984 movie "Footloose" when a high school class successfully debated permission to have a city-ordained dance ban lifted. The entire community celebrates this success annually at the Footloose Festival!
