  • The card contains no cash value. The card is non-transferable and can be canceled at any time. The card can be used only at authorized merchants designated by The Chickasaw Nation.
  • This Card is issued by Four Corners Community Bank pursuant to a license by Mastercard International. By accepting, signing or using this card, you agree to the cardholder agreement.
  • The card cannot be used for gaming and is not refundable or redeemable for cash.
  • A monthly maintenance fee of $2.50 will be deducted from your card balance after 12 months of no activity. A $10.00 fee ($25 for express shipping) will be assessed to replace a lost or stolen card.

  • A single person cannot be given more than $10,000 in gift cards in a 24-hour period. No Cash will not be given back for partial balances.
  • There is a flat fee of $2.95 per gift card. There is a convenience fee of 4.5% of the total load amount.
  • Online orders take 7-10 business days for delivery. Cards are sent via USPS.
  • Expedited delivery is available in 1-2 days from Fed Ex for a surcharge of $25.00.

Best Practice:

When you receive your gift card, record the admin number at the bottom right-hand corner of the card. Without the admin number, you will not be able to replace a lost or stolen card.
