Peach Cobbler Cookies the On the Go Dessert

After picking up some peaches at the Stratford Peach Festival, you may be wondering what to do with the juicy fruit. Our team created a delicious peach cobbler cookies using local peaches!

After melting the butter in a microwave-safe bowl, Add in two containers of Greek peach yogurt.

Next use the vanilla, sugar, baking soda and salt.

Then add three cups of flour, and mix.

After prepping the dough, mix in the best part – the peaches! Make sure you peel them before mixing them in!

Portion them out, and put them in the oven.

Voila! You have delicious Peach Cobbler Cookies!
