Hawaiian Sandwiches
Bake: 15 to 20 minutes
Oven: 400 degrees
Yield: 10 to 12
Sandwich Ingredients:
1/2 pound sliced provolone cheese
1/2 pound sliced Swiss cheese
1/2 pound sliced ham
1/2 pound sliced turkey
Two packages of Hawaiian brand rolls
Topping Ingredients:
One stick of butter
1 T poppy seeds
4 T granulated sugar
2 T dry onion flakes
1 T honey mustard
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Begin by removing the rolls from the package; make sure to leave them connected. Then, with a serrated knife, slice through the rolls. Next, place the bottoms on a 9x13-inch baking pan and alternate the meats and cheeses across the entire surface. Then, cover the layered medley with the roll tops. In a bowl, melt the butter and mix in the remaining topping ingredients until thoroughly blended. Then, brush the roll tops with the liquid topping. Next, bake for 15 to 20 minutes (make sure the bread doesn't burn). Then, remove from the oven; allow cooling slightly, and finally, slice into individual sandwiches. Note: for added color and flavor, serve with a salad or a side of fruit.

Jalapeno Poppers
Bake: 15 to 20 minutes
Oven: 350 degrees
Ingredients:
Ten jalapeno peppers
1 8 oz. block cream cheese
20 pieces of thick bacon
Toothpicks
Instructions:
Wash and dry the peppers and cut each pepper in half, long ways. Using a knife or spoon, remove all of the seeds. While removing the seeds, don't let water inside the jalapeno. If you like it spicy, leave a few of the seeds. Fill each pepper half with cream cheese. Wrap a whole piece of bacon around the jalapeno filled with cream cheese and place a toothpick in the bacon to hold it together. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
